Push it to the Limit

So the last few months I have been in serious training mode. Not only have I been practicing dance Ive also been following a very intense workout schedule as additional conditioning. I decided to begin what is known as the "Insanity" workout program: a 60-day program based a lot on cadio, plyometrics and more cardio. At first I tried p90x and Insanity is from the same company that developed P90x, although this is more based on toning, cardio and otherworkouts that dont require weights/bulking up. I must say if you are a dancer, this is an excellent program to follow but serious dedication is required. With 2 more weeks until completing the program, I have already seen results in higher stamina, strength and control when Im dancing.
This program is a MUST for any bboy, popper, locker, dancer who wants to take their skills to another level.

Check out the promo clip. Beyond all the cheesy lines you may hear Shaun T say, it really is an effective program that can be done in your own home

Of course with all this training, a montage is definetely required to show what Ive been going through...check this out!

Im confident that by the end of 60 days ill be able to make rocks explode!

UPDATE: So after completing the 60 day Insanity program, here are my fitness test results. As you can see there was a lot of improvement from Day 1 to Day 60. Insanity is one truly effecticve workout!
